Many of our members are keen photographers and regularly take photos and videos of MAD Walkers
events, which are then shared on their own websites or other social media avenues.

MAD Walkers regularly uses such media for promotional activities (e.g. the group website,
newsletter and on social media).

By joining our group, members give permission to anonymously use such media in which they may
appear for MAD Walkers promotional activities only. Further written permisison will be sought
to use images where members may be recognised, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

If at any time a member is not happy with a specific use, please contact the communications
officer (comms@madwalkers.org.uk) immediately,
detailing the exact issue and their preferred resolution.

If resolution cannot be reached informally, the issue will be handled as a Complaint in the
usual manner.
