Public Transport based walk suitable for new walkers, with Gavin.
This is a joint walk with the Weekend Walkers.
An unusual short walk which starts off along the flat canal path but might not be a beginner's walk as this is followed by a steep ascent of 150 metres. And when you get there you can climb another 77 metres; what can that mean?! There is a pub stop midway and the chance to paddle your feet? Later we drop down to the river and follow it into the centre of Halifax.
