Public Transport based walk with Ken Banks.
Please note change to ticket price
A longer evening walk to make the most of the long summer evenings. Starting at Broadbottom station we drop down past the Lymefield Mill to cross the river and wind our way up through Charlesworth onto Coombes edge. Follow the edge round hopefully we'll have good view accross to Manchester in the distance and keep an eye out for evening wildlife (of the furry/feathered kind rather than the locals). We then drop down throught he centre of the Coombes valley to Holehouse before following the country lanes and paths back through to Broadbottom and maybe a drink in the Harewood Arms for those that would like one before the train home.
