Public Transport based walk with Arthur Embleton.
A walk in the Lake District, starting off from Stavely station. We will head north towards Kentmere Pike and follow the ridge up to the highest point on the walk, High Street at 828m to take in the views before heading south and back to Staveley.
Bring at least 2 litres of water and enough food for two lunches as well as snacks as this will be a long day.
We will need to walk at a reasonable pace so that we can return in plenty of time for the last train home at 20:03. If we are making slow progress then I will cut the walk short to ensure we catch the train!
Walk leader will meet at the walk start
