Public Transport based walk with Andrew Forbes.
This walk starts with two short steep climbs, then it's several gentler ones that'll take us up to a path along a series of ridges. Shortly after stopping at an ace wee catering van (great hot chocolate and gluten free goodies) we start the descent down to Chatsworth House and a wander around the parts of the grounds that are currently open to the public. From there we'll head back to Grindleford along paths, small lanes, across open fields and through woodland. Some of the sections will be muddy so appropriate footwear is needed. Gaiters would be handy as well if you have them.
