Public Transport based walk suitable for new walkers, with Graham Parker and Alan Beeby.
After leaving the station we do a brief steep ascent to a small ridge. After this the walk is mostly flat around some amazing scenery. We will then have our lunch stop at Longshaw Lodge where a tea house will be available for the so inclined. Following the Sheffield Country Way bridle path around the area we will then head back to Hathersage. At Hathersage we will be stopping at the Plough Inn where Sarah's walk will meet us. The bar does a selection of drinks and food.
