Chorlton/Sale Water Park Classic

Public Transport based walk suitable for new walkers, with Alan Beeby.

Walk leader will meet at Tram stop at the top of the stairs

To coincide with the Giving Nature a Home festival I am putting on one my favourite strolls around the area. Starting at Chorlton Tram stop we head to Longford Park where we make a quick circuit around the park via the petting zoo. We then stumble into Turn Moss playing fields which connects us up to the Mersey, briefly following the Mersey to Sale Water Park. We will go all the way round the both the Sale and Chorlton water park and then head to Chorlton Nature Reserve. The walk will finish at the Horse and Jockey, one of Chorlton’s best loved pubs.
