This is a linear walk. If you want to drive you will need to park at Romiley and meet up with the train to Rose Hill train there. The return Marple train calls at Romiley. Also use the toilet on the train. Also walking boots/shoes recommended as areas could be muddy and if wet or damp gaitors/waterproof trouser recommended as there is a path through a field where the grass is quiet long resulting in wet trouser bottoms.....uugh!! (speaking from experience!)
