Many many Lancasterian & Yorkshire reservoirs

Public Transport based walk with Stephen Smith.

26.0 mi

From Littleborough to Hebden Bridge, via Marsden, surfaces will range from reservoir roads to paths that seem to be boggy even in a dry summer. We go under the M62 and over it once and its a companion for much of the walk. A combination of the station to station walk from Littleborough to Marsden, then up marsden Moor to Rookstones, down the northern side of the valley almost to Ripponden before trecking north to our destination.
