Public Transport based walk with Niall MacLennan.
A short circular walk to blow away any champagne and chocolate covered strawberry hangovers. No lovers leaps for those who didn't get flowers. Expect tracks, a hill ridge, short and steep and a canal path to finish. Rain is forcast for Saturday and the ground is muddy underfoot so boots waterproofs/gaiters are highly recommended. The hills around Disley are exposed so do wrap up. While the walk should be finished in good time for sunset (which will be approx 17:20) a headtorch may be a wise addition to your backpack. Drinks and food can be purchased at the refurbished Dandy Cock in Disley.
