Swineshaw Moor (aka If Bayda'a can do it.....)

Public Transport based walk with Andy Buckley.

9.5 mi

450m

A linear walk starting from Mossley to Glossop. On leaving Mossley we head up to Turf Pits- once we reach the summit, we continue along good tracks across the exposed moorland with undulating countryside. We then decend towards Tintwistle and circum-navigate Bottoms and Valehouse reservoirs before heading onto the Longdale Trail towards Padfield. Then, it's a bit of urban walking towards the end in Glossop.
