A Sunday Stroll: Dunham Massey

Public Transport based walk suitable for new walkers, with Alan Beeby.

7.5 mi

A nice afternoon stroll starting from Timperley Tram station. From here we will head along the Bridgewater Canal to Little Bollington. People will have the choice of going to a lovely Tea house or to the fantastic Swan with Two Necks pub for a brief respite. After this we will make a circuit at the Dunham Park, infamous for being a place where you can get up close to Deer’s. After the park we head through the golf course and Dunham New Park till we get back to Altrincham.
