Public Transport based walk suitable for new walkers, with Stu Edwards & Katherine Hamlett.
A tranquil, evening walk around Middlewood and the Macclesfield Canal. Great for new members, this circular walk snakes through the wooded bank of Norbury Hollow before crossing open pasture and country lanes en route to the pub. Following a refreshing pint, we meander back along the canal at dusk, with the distinctive landscape of Lyme Park and the Cage silhouetted on the horizon.
