We head up towards Chiserly with views over the Calder valley and on to Lumb Hole, a picturesque waterfall, before dropping through the autumnal woods to Hard Castle Crags and its cotton mill, then a final ascent up to the church in Heptonstall before dropping down the steps and cobbled path to the Hole in the Wall.

Meet & Travel arrangements - Public Transport

We’ll use public transport from Manchester to travel to and return from the walk start/end.

09:45: Meet at Manchester Victoria for the train at 10:00. You will need to purchase a ticket prior to meeting.

Suggested ticket:

Return to Mytholmroyd, Duo available buy 1 get the second half price..

10:00: Train departs for the walk start at Mytholmroyd Station.

10:44: Walk starts at Mytholmroyd Station.

Return from Hebden Bridge Station. xx:08, xx:28, xx:56 unitl 19:56 then xx:28 until 22:28

Car Parkin:

If you wish to uses you car on this event please park at Hebden Bridge and board the 10:40 to Leeds first stop Mytholmroyd... No toilets at the walk Start use the trains...
