Public Transport based walk with Bernard Stricker.
A circular walk starting and finishing in Edale.
From the station, we stroll out into the country and ascends Grindsbrook Clough to the Ridgetop.
The walk then continues over Crookstone Moor, before dropping gently to a steady, flat section following the old Roman Road.
Next up are the three summits of Lose Hill, Hollins Cross and Mam Tor.
The walk then meanders gently back into Edale to finish at arguably the best pub in the peak district - The Old Nag's head!
Expect some sections of the walk to be very Muddy, escpecially over Crookstone Moor.
