Public Transport based walk with Dean Beaden.
Starting out from the station, we will head towards Buxton country park and up to Solomons temple.
We will then follow the river Dove, towards our main ascents of the day, which will be Park House and Chrome hill, which should both give us some great views, out towards Wildboarclough and beyond.
We will then head back north, passing up over Thirkelow rocks and Diamond hill, back towards the town centre, for some well deserved food and drink!
NOTE- THE MAIN ASCENTS ARE QUITE STEEP & EXPOSED, SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE PREPARED, AS SOME LIGHT SCRAMBLING MAY BE REQUIRED.
