Public Transport based walk with Niall MacLennan & Steve Rawlins.
Starting in Royston Vasey aka Hadfield where the recent filming of The League of Gentlemen has just taken place we'll head along the Longdendale Trail & passing Bottoms, Valehouse & Rhodeswood Reservoirs until we join the Pennine Way and up Clough edge.
Once we get to Bleaklow Head - the high point in the area, well decide which way to go down, depending on the pace and size of the group.
The walk should be between 10.5 - 12 miles long depending on which way we head back into Glossop and for a beverage or 2.
It can be quite boggy up on Bleaklow so waterproof's or Gaitors are advisable.
