Star Walks; A New Hope

Public Transport based walk with Niall MacLennan.

12.5 mi

690m

Walking the lesser explored (by me anyway) western side of Hope.  Walk will take up over Brough and Shatton CP, through the village of Bradwell and past an operational mine.  Plan is to come over the top of Winnats Pass and stop of in the picturesque village of Castleton before completing the short walk back to Hope.  The walk can be best described as moderate with a few strenuous bits (that can be bypassed if required).
