A flat walk from Brinnington back into the city. Passing through a country park, beside a reservoir and through Fairfield Moravian settlement built almost 250 years ago. The last stretch is canal walking passing through Sport City back to Piccadilly.

We’ll use public transport from Manchester to travel to and return from the walk start/end.

10:20: Meet at Manchester Piccadilly for the train at 10:40. You will need to purchase a ticket prior to meeting.

Suggested ticket:

Single to Brinnington £3.70

10:40: Train departs for the walk start at Brinnington.

10:50: Walk starts at Brinnington.

Return from Manchester Piccadilly.
