Around Brereton

Public Transport based walk suitable for new walkers, with Jonny Franklin.

10.4 mi

Starting from Sandbach the route heads down the main road for a short way before crossing fields to pass over two railway lines and through fields to reach quiet lanes to the small hamlet of Bradwall. The way crosses the M6 and through more fields to Brereton Green where the Hall and church are. There is a short curve round into Brereton Heath onto the Dane Valley Way into Swettenham and then along tracks and a shirt road walk to Holmes Chapel Station and the pub.
