Public Transport based walk with Alex Laver.
This is a hike that Arthur Embleton led in April 2015, and because I liked it so much, I thought I would put it back on the calendar.
A walk in the Lake District, starting off from Stavely station. We will head north towards Kentmere Pike and follow the ridge up to the highest point on the walk, High Street at 828m to take in the views before heading south and back to Staveley.
Bring at least 2 litres of water and enough food for two lunches as well as snacks as this will be a long day.
