Public Transport based walk suitable for new walkers, with Bhavesh Mistry.
A leisurely stroll from the lovely village of Marsden in West Yorkshire.
We'll start off walking through some of the village before heading onto Old Mount Road and on to the Standedge Way and onto the Moors.
We'll pass a number of reservoirs whilst on the moors before descending quickly onto the Kirklees Way and then back into Marsden.
The walk is mainly on good paths but can be wet in areas so gaiters and waterproofs may be useful.
For those wanting to drive there is ample free parking at the railway station Post Code: HD7 6AX.
