In the shadow of a Kiwi - In reverse

Public Transport based walk suitable for new walkers, with Niall MacLennan.

12.5 mi

An Autumnal walk over Saddleworth Moor that I've previously recced with one of our current globetrotters.  Perfect for blowing away the cobwebs from the Didsbury beer festival social on the Friday before.  Aiming for a brisk pace we'll leave Newhey via reservoirs, up on to the exposed moor before descending into Littleborough.  Recovery pints at the end are recommended.  As it's a Linear walk driving to the walk start is not recommended.
