Public Transport based walk with Andy Buckley & Stu Edwards.
Part two of a two part walk. Walk leaders meeting at beginning of walk. For those who are just attending the evening walk one of the walk leaders will meet yout train at Whaley Bridge and escort you to the pub where the people who had done the day walk will be waiting.
Following from the day walk "Its a Stones Throw" we have time for a cheeky drink to warm ourselves before setting out at dusk for a short stroll up to Eccles Pike by the streets of Whaley Bridge and the dark country paths and lanes with our torches the only light to light our route.
When we reach Eccles Pike there is a stunning 360 degree view of the surrounding High Peak towns, villages and surrounding hills and hopefully a good night time view of the surrounding areas.
On leaving Eccles Pike we make our way back down to Whaley Bridge and finish off with a good curry in the local curry house.
