... to the Manchester and District Walkers (MAD Walkers) 20s and 30s group, a local group of the
Ramblers Association for people who live in and
around the Greater Manchester area. |
|
We've been around since 2004 and now have around 300 members, so are able to offer a
variety of walks to suit you and many other like-minded people - whatever your level of fitness!
We have a varied itinery of day walks at weekends and also evening weekday walks during summer months.
We use both car and public transport to access the many excellent walking areas around Manchester and beyond.
See our Walks Calendar for all walk details.
Our weekends away are also very popular as they give our members a cost-effective and social way
to explore other areas of the country not so easily accessible with a day trip.
Social outings are also a big part of the group and have a separate section here.
